Project Description:
Multi-phased construction of a new headquarters for the Bergen County Police Department. Work for this project included the construction of a secure exterior sally port entrance, complete interior renovation to the lower level of the Bergen County Community Services Building, transforming the space from an abandoned senior center to a fully functional state of the art police headquarters. Conversion included the addition of holding cells, interview rooms, office space, toilet rooms and dispatch command center. Complete HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression system upgrades were also performed throughout the building. Additional renovations included construction of new locker rooms and evidence room on the second floor of the building as well installation of new roof top units and security CCTV system throughout the facility.
