Project Description:
Multi-phased construction of a new 1500sf elevator addition along with interior renovations to the existing and occupied two story community center. Renovations included, asbestos abatement of existing VAT floors, complete HVAC and electrical upgrades throughout, installation of new fire alarm system, demolition of interior stairwell to facilitate the
construction of two new Boy’s and Girl’s toilet rooms. Finishes included ceramic wall and floor tile, VCT flooring, painting and installation of new wood doors and ACT ceilings.
